I have more than two decades of experience in the education sector, with a professional journey that has taken me through different educational institutions and several dimensions of education.
My experience includes working with corporate schools and charitable schools, child counselling, working as a subject resource person, organising school events and teacher workshops, and contributing to different areas of school management and development.

My professional journey has given me the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, parents, school leaders and educational institutions in different capacities. These experiences have helped me understand that education extends far beyond the classroom.
I have worked with corporate schools as well as charitable schools, experiencing different educational environments and understanding the challenges and opportunities that come with them.
I have also worked as a subject resource person and have been involved in teacher workshops and professional development initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my belief that teachers are central to meaningful educational change.
Another important part of my journey has been child counselling. Working with children has helped me appreciate the importance of understanding not only how children learn, but also how they think, feel and develop.
My experience also extends into school management and institutional development. I have been involved in organising school events, teacher workshops, school marketing and other activities connected with the functioning and growth of educational institutions.
I have also worked with schools on practical areas such as financial planning, cost reduction, efficient utilisation of resources and considerations involved in establishing new schools.
These experiences have given me a broader understanding of the education ecosystem — from the classroom and child development to teachers, administration, finance, communication and institutional growth.
Byrugani is a natural extension of this journey. It gives me an opportunity to share some of the knowledge, experiences, observations and ideas gathered over the years with a wider audience.
