Submission of an article does not create an obligation to publish it.
13. No Guarantee of Publication
Acceptance as an author does not guarantee that every article submitted by the author will be published.
The Blog Owner may decline an article where it does not meet the site's editorial, quality, legal or policy requirements.
14. Duplicate Publication
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the author should not knowingly submit the exact same article simultaneously to Byrugani and another publication where doing so conflicts with the publication rights granted to Byrugani.

18. Access Revocation
The Blog Owner may revoke author access where there is a reasonable concern about policy violations, security problems, plagiarism, misuse, malicious activity, repeated violations or other legitimate editorial or administrative reasons.
Revocation of Blogger access does not automatically determine copyright ownership of previously created work.
19. Corrections and Complaints
Authors should promptly notify the Blog Owner if they discover a significant factual or other material error in their published content.
Readers or third parties may raise concerns regarding published material. The Blog Owner may review such concerns and take appropriate editorial action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the author remains responsible for claims arising directly from the author's breach of these terms, including unauthorized content, plagiarism, infringement, knowingly false information or unauthorized use of third-party material.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Author applications may be collected through a Google Form and stored in a Google Sheet controlled by the Blog Owner or authorised administrators.
Access to the response spreadsheet should be restricted to people who need access for legitimate administrative purposes.
The Google Form and Google Sheet are administrative tools and do not replace these Author Terms & Conditions.
